COVID-19 Update ~ Business as usual
We’d like to reassure all customers that we are open for business and orders are continuing to be dispatched. We are are doing our very best to run our day-to-day business as smoothly as possible ~ we continue to provide you with our fantastic products for all your occasions & celebrations, as well as - keeping our company and the jobs of our employees running in the long term.
Due to government guidelines - there have been changes in our work processes:

Our Warehouse employees are now working under strict reinforced hygiene measures, in which we are taking very seriously.

We have adopted a new shift system in our warehouse to allow for social distancing.

New goods and returns are taking little longer to process - we therefore ask for a little more patience to process your returns. Refunds can currently take up to 14 days.

Our Customer Service, Marketing, Editing and Accounting Departments are working from home.
However, due to the social distancing measures we are adopting in our warehouse, we have adjusted delivery time-frames. However, due to the high volume of orders we have had to extend our Delivery Services: Express Delivery is now 2-3 working days and Standard Delivery 4-7 working days.
We are doing our very best for you and orders may take longer than usual to get to you but we promise they will be dispatched as soon as possible and arrive within the time frame we can possible mange, please be advised that royal mail and delivery services are also trying the best they can. Our couriers are endeavouring to deliver all orders within the promised time-scales as best as they can.
We wouldn’t be the business we are today without the support of our customers and dedication of the Bz Design team and, during these uncertain times, the health and safety of our employees and their families is our number one priority.
We understand how difficult it will be to celebrate these special occasions for loved ones right now but we can hopefully provide a little sparkle of happiness for families who are able to celebrate safely at home.
